JUDGMENT
[1]By consent, and without any admission of liability by the respondent, the claimant’s complaints of breach of contract and unlawful deduction from wages in relation to alleged unpaid statutory sick pay succeed and an award of compensation of £218.80 is made, payable by the respondent to the claimant.[2]The claimant’s complaint of a failure to provide an itemised pay statement is withdrawn and dismissed.[3]The claimant’s remaining complaint (of breach of contract in relation to unpaid expenses totalling £29.53) remains outstanding and has been listed to be heard at a final hearing on 3 May 2024. If the parties reach settlement in relation to this complaint in the interim, they are ordered to inform the tribunal immediately; and the claimant is ordered in any event to inform the tribunal no later than 26 April 2024 whether this complaint has been settled and if it is therefore withdrawn.
