JUDGMENT
[1]The application by Liverpool City Council to have all the claims of the claimants represented by Simpsons struck out on the basis that they had not been actively pursued fails and is dismissed, save that the claims with regard to voluntary aided school of Joanne Griffiths (case numbers 2101482/2011 and 2403854/2013) and Diane Jones (case numbers 2101877/2007 and 2403689/2013) are dismissed for not being actively pursued.[2]Directions have been made with regard to the future conduct of the remaining proceedings and are set out in a separate document.
