JUDGMENT

[1]By consent, time for the Respondent to present its ET3 response is extended to 19 February 2019.[2]By consent, it is declared that the Claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £3048.[3]By consent, the Claimant’s claim of unauthorised deduction from wages is wellfounded and succeeds and the Respondent shall pay the Claimant £1192.06 net.[4]The Claimant’s claim of wrongful dismissal (failure to give 12 weeks’ written notice of termination of employment) is well-founded and succeeds. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £9798.12 net damages in lieu of notice.[5]By consent, the Claimant’s claim for pay in lieu of holiday accrued but untaken on termination of her employment succeeds.
