JUDGMENT
[1]The name of the respondent is slightly amended to AC Property (Yorkshire) Ltd.[2]The complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages is well founded and I award the sum of £931.74 in respect of those unpaid wages.[3]The claimant is awarded the further sum of £100 to cover the financial loss attributable to non-payment of wages – overdraft fees and interest and late payment charges.[4]Accordingly the total of £1,031.74 is now to be paid by the respondent to the claimant forthwith.
