JUDGMENT

(1) All complaints contained in the claimant’s first claim form (1811576/2018) except a claim under S47E and S48 Employment Rights Act 1996 (detriment for having made a flexible working request) were struck out as at 7 May by reason of the claimant’s failure to comply with the Unless order of 15 April.

(2) The claim under S47E was struck out because it was brought out of time and it was not appropriate to allow the claimant to amend her claim to include it.

(3) It follows that the only matters to proceed to hearing will be the complaints in the claimant’s second claim form (see separate Case Management Order).
