[1]The Claim Form is amended so as to substitute Fisher Funerals Ltd as the name of the Respondent. Service dispensed with.[2]The complaint that the Respondent failed to pay the Claimant accrued holiday pay succeeds. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £1,235.75.[3]The Respondent was in breach of its duty to provide the Claimant with a statement of particulars of employment. It is ordered to pay him compensation in the sum of £461.52 under section 38 of the Employment Act 2002.
