JUDGMENT
The Claimant had less than two years’ continuous service and his claim of unfair dismissal is therefore dismissed, the Tribunal having no jurisdiction to hear it. The Claimant’s remaining complaints were brought outside the applicable time limit in circumstances where the Tribunal did not consider that it had not been reasonably practicable for them to have been brought in time. They were then not brought, in any event, within a reasonable time of the expiry of the time limit. The claims are therefore again dismissed, the Tribunal having no jurisdiction to hear them.
