JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent shall be shown as Nawal Taha trading as Inspire UK Care.[2]The respondent has permission to present its notice of appearance out of time. That attached to the respondent’s application dated 24 May 2019 shall stand as the respondent’s notice of appearance.[3]Pursuant to Rule 76(1)(c) of schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 the respondent shall Case No: 1811371/2018 2 pay to the claimant the sum of £74.50 by way of reimbursement of the necessary unreasonably incurred expenses of the claimant’s attendance at today’s hearing. This sum shall be paid on or before 5 June 2019.
