JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was constructively dismissed.[2]That dismissal was unfair.[3]The claimant did not contribute to the dismissal.[4]It is not appropriate to make any deduction from the compensation by virtue of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 section 207A(3).[5]The claimant is awarded a basic award of £1,016.[6]The compensatory award is to represent loss of healthcare insurance (£100) and loss of statutory rights (£1,000). Accordingly the total compensatory award is £1,100.[7]The sums referred to above are to be paid by the respondent to the claimant forthwith. Case No:1811324/2018[8]The Recoupment Regulations do not apply.
