JUDGMENT

The first respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £16228 consequent on the first respondent’s failure to comply with the Order sent to the parties on 29 November 2024 (the Order).

REASONS

The Order for interim relief specified the sum of £3245.60 per month to be paid on the 20th of each month to the claimant by way of continuation of her contractual terms (and also preservation of her seniority rights). As at today the respondent has failed to pay from February to June 2025 (five months). There has been no application to revoke the Order. The claimant has made an application pursuant to Section 132(4) Employment Rights Act 1996. The substantive hearing of the claimant’s unfair dismissal claim, in respect of which interim relief has been given, is fixed for March 2026. Given the considerable delay until final determination it is in the interests to give Judgment on the claimant’s application.
