[1]The respondent shall pay the claimant the following sums:a. Basic award for unfair dismissal: £3,500b. Compensation for past financial losses: £60,000[2]The Employment Protection (Recoupment of jobseekers’ allowance and income support) Regulations 1996 apply as the Claimant has been in receipt of employment support allowance. The effect of this is explained in the attached Annex. The monetary award is: £63,500. The Prescribed element is: £43,904.79. The prescribed element relates to the period 28 September 2024 to 27 September 2025. The monetary award exceeds the prescribed element by £20,404.79.
