[1]The Secretary of State for Business and Trade is added as a respondent to these proceedings by consent.[2]The claims for holiday pay and for arrears of pay are out of time and the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear them.[3]The claim for a redundancy payment fails because the claimant was not an employee of the First Respondent.
