JUDGMENT

[1]By consent the name of the respondent is amended from Anchor Care Limited to Anchor Carehomes Limited.[2]The claimant did not make any qualifying protected disclosures and accordingly her complaints of detriment (Employment Rights Act 1996 section 47B) and automatically unfair dismissal (Employment Rights Act 1996 section 103A) fail.[3]The claimant did not do a protected act and accordingly her complaint of victimisation contrary to Equality Act 2010 section 27 fails.[4]The claimant’s dismissal was, on ordinary principles, fair and accordingly the complaint of unfair dismissal fails.
