[1]The Claim Form is amended so as to substitute West Riding Pub Company Ltd as the name of the Respondent. Service to be dispended with.[2]The complaint of unauthorised deductions succeeds and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant compensation in the net sum of £936.00.[3]The Respondent was in breach of its duty to give the Claimant a statement of initial employment particulars and it is ordered to pay to him compensation in the sum of £928.00 under section 38 of the Employment Act 2012.
