Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The first respondent, Greenfish Media Limited, has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant's wages contrary to section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and is ordered to pay to the claimant the amount of the unauthorised deductions in the sum of £1,703.20 gross (representing unpaid wages and holiday pay).[2]The claim against the second respondent, Mr S Ellis, is dismissed as he was not the claimant’s employer.[3]The hearing on 2 January 2019 is vacated.
