REASONS

There is no reasonable prospect of the original decisions being varied or revoked as a result of the claimant’s further correspondence of 23 March and 21 May 2021, indicating further reconsideration applications. The Tribunal has already conducted a Rule 72 (1) consideration of a reconsideration application dated 3 January 2020 and concluded there was no prospect of the Judgment’s conclusions on race discrimination being varied or revoked. The claimant’s appeal to the Employment Appeal Tribunal has been determined and his application for permission to appeal to the Court of Appeal has been refused. The interests of finality of outcome in this case are well understood by all and must result in the same conclusion – there is no reasonable prospect of the claimant’s decisions on race discrimination being varied or revoked in this case. The Tribunal thanks the claimant for the information which he has carefully assembled in support of his applications and apologies for the time taken to provide this Judgment.
