JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent does not contest these claims.[2]The following amounts are awarded to be paid to the respective Claimants by the Respondent forthwith:- to Mr Kamis the sum of £729.87 to Ms Toth the sum of £359.18 to Mr Carter the sum of £712.23REASONS
[1]Each Claimant had presented a claim seeking unpaid wages.[2]In it’s Response the respondent indicated that it did not contest these claims.[3]In an e-mail to the Tribunal dated 19 December 2018 the Respondent set out the figures referred to above as the sums it owed to the claimants.[4]The Claimants have agreed that these are the sums due to them.[5]In those circumstances the hearing fixed for 20 December 2018 has been vacated.[6]The tribunal does not have the power in this type of case to 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 March 2017 Case Nos: 1810755/2018,1811025/2018,1810753/2018,1811026/2018,1810754/2018, 1811224/2018 award ‘compensation’ for “stress, struggle, discrimination and the time it’s taken to sort this out” as sought by Mr Carter.
