Issued pursuant to Rule 21 Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013[1]The Respondent does not defend the claim.[2]The Claimant’s claim for pay in lieu of holiday accrued but untaken on termination of his employment succeeds and the Respondent shall pay the Claimant £110.78 net.[3]It is declared that the Claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £874.72.[4]The Claimant’s claim for damages for breach of contract (notice pay) succeeds. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £237.36 net (£218.68 x 2 = £437.36 less £200 paid).[5]The hearing on 11 December 2018 is cancelled.
