JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s contractual right to notice has been breached and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £521.78 (one week’s pay following the deduction of tax and national insurance.)[2]The Respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages as follows: 2.1. Pay 1 to 18 August 2018 £1,317.84 2.2. Accrued holiday pay (4 days) £417.42 2.3. Unpaid tips 1/11 x £3,500 £318.18 In all cases the sums are calculated on the basis that tax and national insurance contributions have already been deducted. The grand total owed to the Claimant, and which the Respondent is ordered to pay is £2,575.22 Case No: 1810637/2018
