M Blackburn v WW Estates (Bolton Junction) Ltd and I Waterhouse: 1810623/2024
JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claims against the second Respondent are dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s claim of public interest disclosure detriment is dismissed on withdrawal.REASONS
[3]At the Preliminary Hearing listed for today's date the Claimant was asked to clarify his claims in this action and confirmed that upon advice he accepted that he could not pursue the public interest disclosure detriment claim.[4]REJ Robertson had already rejected registration of the claims against the second Respondent by Notice dated 7 February 2025, and thus for completeness it is dismissed. 1 of 2 Case Number: 1810623/2024 3 Accordingly the Claimant accepted that he need only proceed with his remaining complaints listed as unfair constructive dismissal and breach of contract all of which complaints remain extant, and are appropriately to be considered by an Employment Judge sitting alone.[5]The Respondent readily consented to withdrawal/dismissal on such terms without further recourse.
