JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaints of unlawful deductions from wages in relation to the deduction of a day’s pay for 25 July 2018, and in respect of 27.5 hours proven overtime worked, succeed. In other respects the complaints are dismissed.[2]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the following gross sums: £356.95 £103.85 £ 460.80 Total The payments above are gross sums and it shall be for the claimant to account for any tax or national insurance due (if any) or to benefit from any refund of tax arising from his employment.
