EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 1810483/2018
Mr S WhithamClaimantGrosvenor ChemicalsRespondent
Employment Judge JM WadeDate 12 June 2019

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]The claimant’s claim for unpaid holiday pay was accepted by the Tribunal on 6 October 2018. The respondent limited company entered administration on 30 July 2018.[2]The claimant was given an opportunity to seek the administrator’s permission for the claim to proceed. The claimant has not responded to the Tribunal’s correspondence.[3]By a letter dated 8 May 2019 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out.[4]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing.[5]The claim is therefore struck out.
