[1]The complaints by the claimants listed in schedules 1 and 2 to this judgment under section 189 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 that the respondent failed to comply with the requirements of section 188 of the 1992 Act as to collective consultation are well-founded.[2]The respondent is ordered by way of protective award under section 189(3) of the 1992 Act to pay remuneration to each such claimant for the period of 56 days beginning on 18 June 2018.[3]The Recoupment Regulations apply.
