24 British Maintenance Ltd v Mr Paul Baker: 1809910/2018

EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 1809910/2018
24 British Maintenance LtdClaimantMr Paul BakerRespondent
Employment Judge JM WadeDate 27 November 2018

JUDGMENT

The Employer’s Contract claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 2 October 2018 the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, and to show cause as to why the Employer’s Contract claim should not be struck out because:  the Claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 22 August 2018.  The claim has not been actively pursued.[2]The Claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The Employer’s Contract claim is therefore struck out.
