JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent is correctly named as Secret Garden Cafe (Hull) Ltd and the record is amended accordingly.[2]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay to her the gross sum of £2,464 in respect of unpaid wages and the gross sum of £187.32 in respect of accrued but untaken holiday entitlement as at the termination of employment.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the additional sum of £1,680 (4 weeks’ pay) pursuant to Section 38 of the Employment Act 2002 (failure to provide a statement of employment particulars).
