JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was entitled to payment by way of an attendance allowance from 1 May 2018, when his contract was varied to substitute that allowance for the production bonus.[2]The respondent beached the claimant’s contract of employment in failing to pay him attendance allowance for 6 weeks in May, June and July 2018.[3]The respondent shall pay to the claimant damages of £150 for the breach.[4]The respondent shall also pay to the claimant 2 weeks’ pay in the sum of £768, for its failure to comply with its duty to provide a statement of particulars of employment, or any written variation of the particulars, in respect of the rate or remuneration or the method of calculating it under the terms of the attendance allowance scheme.
