Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent’s name is amended to Mr Nadim Hanif trading as Fanoosh Restaurant.[2]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £202.50.[3]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant her accrued holiday entitlement due on termination of employment and is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £337.29.[5]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant a further £250.56 for failure to provide her with a written statement of her main terms and conditions of employment.
