[1]The claim is hereby dismissed on non-attendance by the claimant pursuant to Rule 47 of the Employment Tribunal Rules 2013.REASONS
[1]Although the respondent attended it was explained that he did not have standing as his response was late.[2]The claimant did not attend.[3]There was very little information in his claim which was apparently for holiday pay.[4]The claimant had been asked by email on 10 April 2024 to provide more information to the Tribunal and did not do so.[5]He could not be contacted because of his absence on the hearing day because he did not put his telephone number on his claim form. Case Number: 1809042/2023[6]In all the circumstances his claim was dismissed.
