The claim for a redundancy payment is struck out.REASONS
[1]On 5 March 2024 the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant warning her that her claim for a redundancy payment might be struck out because she had not worked for the Respondent for 2 years or more. She was told that if she wanted to object she must write to the Tribunal or request a hearing within 7 days. The Claimant has not responded at all. It appears that the Claimant had not worked for the Respondent for 2 years or more and cannot therefore claim a redundancy payment. I consider that the claim for a redundancy payment should therefore be struck out.
