Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]In accordance with the provisions of Section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 the complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages succeeds and in accordance with Section 24 of the Act the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant forthwith the amount so being deducted being £532.44 (a gross sum in respect of April’s wages).[2]The hearing listed for 27 September 2018 is retained to determine the Claimant’s complaints concerning wages for May, if pursued.
