JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent’s application for reconsideration of the Judgment of 13 September succeeds an it is in the interests of justice that it be revoked.[2]The claimant’s claim succeeds. The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1,035.00 being the amount of the unlawful deductions from her wages.[3]It is recorded that upon the respondent pay to the claimant the sum of £1,035.00 the claimant shall within 72 hours of receiving payment: 3.1. Write to Companies House to remove the restriction she has placed upon the striking off of the respondent. 3.2. Instruct Marsdens to take no further action upon the warrant of control.
