JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent has failed to present a response to these claims and it appears to me that a determination can properly be made of them on the information available.[2]Claim 1800879/2024 is dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant.[3]In claim 1808585/2023 it is declared that the Claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £3,215.[4]The Claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages for the period 1 to 17 October 2023; his claim for pay in lieu of 43.4 days’ accrued but untaken holiday; and his claim for breach of contract in respect of notice pay are wellfounded and succeed. The Claimant’s gross weekly wage was £704: gross monthly wage £3050.66 x 12 months / 52 weeks. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the following gross sums:4.1 Wages: £1,672.94;4.2 Holiday pay: £6,110.28;4.3 Notice pay: £5,632.[5]If any tax is payable, the Claimant is responsible for paying it.
