JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent has failed to present a response to these claims and it appears to me that a determination can properly be made of them on the information available.[2]Claim 1800880/2024 is dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant.[3]In claim 1808583/2023 it is declared that the Claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £3,412.20. (Age 25 at effective date of termination, 9 complete years’ service: 6 x £568.70).[4]The Claimant’s complaints of unauthorised deduction from wages for the period 25 September 2023 to 17 October 2023 and for deducting pension contributions that were not paid into his pension; his claim for pay in lieu of accrued but untaken holiday; and his claim for breach of contract in respect of notice pay are well-founded and succeed. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the following gross sums:4.1 Wages: £1,400;4.2 Unauthorised deduction of employee pension contributions: £388.55;4.3 Holiday pay: £2,287.50;4.4 Notice pay based on 9 complete years’ service: £5,118.75.[5]If any tax is payable, the Claimant is responsible for paying it.
