JUDGMENT

[1]The Respondent has failed to present a response to these claims and it appears to me that a determination can properly be made of them on the information available.[2]Claim 1800884/2024 is dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant.[3]In claim 1808582/2023 it is declared that the Claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £9,349.83. (Age 47 at effective date of termination, 14 years’ service: 17 x £549.99).[4]The Claimant’s complaints of unauthorised deduction from wages for the period September 2023 to October 2023 and for deducting pension contributions that were not paid into her pension; her claim for pay in lieu of 22 days’ accrued but untaken holiday; and her claim for breach of contract in respect of notice pay are well-founded and succeed. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the following gross sums:4.1 Wages: £1,237.50;4.2 Unauthorised deduction of employee pension contributions: £111.80;4.3 Holiday pay: £3,024.94;4.4 Notice pay: £6,599.88.[5]If any tax is payable, the Claimant is responsible for paying it.
