JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent has failed to present a response to these claims and it appears to me that a determination can properly be made of them on the information available.[2]Claim 1800885/2024 is dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant.[3]In claim 1808580/2023 it is declared that the Claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £10,609.50.[4]The Claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages for the period 1 to 17 October 2023; her claim for pay in lieu of 29 days’ accrued but untaken holiday; and her claim for breach of contract in respect of notice pay are well-founded and succeed. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the following gross sums:4.1 Wages: £1,443.62;4.2 Holiday pay: £3,346.02;4.3 Notice pay: £7.915.44.[5]If any tax is payable, the Claimant is responsible for paying it.
