JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent has failed to present a response to this claim and it appears to me that a determination can properly be made of it on the information available.[2]It is declared that the Claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £10,494.[3]The Claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages for the period 1 October to 17 October 2023 is well-founded and succeeds. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the gross sum of £1,516.14.[4]If any tax is payable, the Claimant is responsible for paying it.
