REASONS

[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £150.00 following a preliminary hearing held on 17/9/18. The Order was sent to the claimant on 1/10/18. The claimant has failed to pay this deposit by the date specified in the order. The remaining complaints of constructive dismissal and age discrimination are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The hearing fixed for 21-24 January 19 will not take place.
