JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaints of discrimination arising from disability in respect of restricted duties from 18 September 2020 and the prohibition on his driving from May 2020 are well founded and succeed.[2]The claimant’s remaining complaints of discrimination arising from disability and his complaints of direct disability discrimination fail and are dismissed.[3]As compensation for unlawful discrimination, the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £7,000 in respect of injury to feelings together with an additional sum of £646.15 in respect of interest thereon.
