JUDGMENT

[1]The claim of indirect discrimination is dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant. The remaining claims will continue in accordance with the case management orders made today. JUDGMENT

REASONS

[1]In Case Management Orders dated 29 June 2020 as a condition of being allowed to proceed with the complaints of direct disability discrimination (which comprise all the complaints in these proceedings) the claimant was ordered to pay a deposit in respect of each complaint.[2]The claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 29 June 2020 and the claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 30 November 2020 - 3 December 2020 will not take place.
