The following complaints (the numbering below referring to the agreed list of issues) are dismissed following a withdrawal from the claimant: Pregnancy Discrimination 1.2 Allowing other employees to sit in gluing department whilst claimant remained on feet for most of the day 1.3 amending claimant’s duties for two weeks 1.5 SR shouting at claimant on 3/07/2019 regarding claimant not doing her job and getting BX lamps out when claimant explained that there was no such product in the department, SR told her that if they did she would not do it anyway in an attempt not to keep claimant in her supervisor role 1.19 respondent advertising Resin supervisor role on company’s website before claimant resigned Public Interest Disclosure - detriment 8.5 refusing to pay correct amount of holiday pay The claimant’s remaining claims will proceed to hearing on 13-17 July 2020
