[1]The claimant’s complaints listed below were dismissed upon withdrawal during the Preliminary Hearing on 24 March 2021: - Suitable alternative roles during maternity leave (under Regulation 10 of the Maternity and Parental Leave Regulations); - Indirect sex discrimination (s19 Equality Act 2010); - Indirect disability discrimination (s19 Equality Act 2010); and - Harassment on grounds of disability, sex and pregnancy (s26 Equality Act 2010).[2]For the avoidance of doubt, the remaining complaints that form part of the claimant’s claim 18074178/20 have not been dismissed and shall proceed.
