JUDGMENT

Pursuant to Rule 64 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure, the Judgment of the Tribunal by the CONSENT of the parties is as follows:[1]Pursuant to Rule 34 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure, Ms K Turford, the first respondent, is removed as a respondent, that name being a former name of the second respondent.[2]The name of the third respondent is amended by consent from Mr Shane Spenser to Mr Shane Spencer.[3]The second and third respondents were both the employers of the claimant. They made unauthorised deductions of £1500 from her wages. They are ordered to pay the claimant £1500.[4]The second and third respondents are jointly and severally liable for the amount ordered above.
