JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was at all material times a disabled person within the meaning of Section 6 of the Equality Act 2010 by reason of her suffering from anxiety and autism.[2]The claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages was brought outside the applicable time limit in circumstances where the tribunal did not consider it to have been not reasonably practicable to bring the complaint in time. This claim is struck out as the tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear it.
