[1]The Claimant failed to attend the preliminary hearing for case management listed for 6 June 2018[2]On the Tribunal office seeking an explanation from the Claimant she contended that she had not received notice of the hearing. It was confirmed that the Tribunal had the claimant’s correct postal address. Her email address was also obtained.[3]The Tribunal wrote to the Claimant on 7 June 2018 (post and email) warning her that if she failed to attend the next hearing her claim may be struck out on the basis that it was not being actively pursued.[4]The Clamant has failed to attend the hearing re-arranged for today (21 August 2018) and so her claim is now struck out on that basis.
