[1]By a letter dated 16 June 2020 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity: to make representations as to why the claim should not be struck out; or to request a hearing at which he may make representations upon the matter; because: the claimant had not complied with paragraph 1 of the Order of the Tribunal dated 7 April 2020 and had failed to reply to the Tribunals letter of 4 June 2020. the claim had not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done and/or he has failed to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 28th August 2020 will not take place.
