[1]The claim of unauthorised deduction from wages is well-founded and succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £2414.59.[2]The claim of outstanding holiday pay is well-founded and succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant net sum of £84.15.REASONS
[1]I am satisfied from evidence provided to the Tribunal that the claims for outstanding holiday pay and unauthorised deduction from wages are well founded and succeed. This included the acknowledgement by respondent in its response that there were outstanding sums owed to the claimant,[2]The parties reached agreement on calculation of the figures.
