JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £580.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £580.[3]The claimant was unfairly dismissed (her application to amend to include such complaint having been allowed) and is entitled as compensation to a basic award of £1472.30.[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £85.[5]Unless the claimant shall write to the Tribunal by 28 February 2020 confirming that she wishes to pursue it, her claim of sex discrimination shall stand dismissed as at that date without the need for any further application, order or Judgment.
