JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent is correctly named as Persimmon Homes Limited and by consent the record shall be amended accordingly.[2]The Claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is well founded and succeeds.[3]As compensation for unfair dismissal the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the total sum of £4940.51 (comprising of a basic award of £2362.50 and a compensatory award of £2,578.01). The Recoupment Regulations do not apply to this award.[4]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract and the Respondent is ordered to pay damages to the Claimant in the sum of £2147.63.
