[1]The claim relating to holiday fails and is dismissed.[2]The claims of unauthorised deduction from wages succeed.[3]The Tribunal makes no order for payment of those deductions or in relation to financial loss attributable to them.[4]The claims of direct discrimination because of race and harassment related to race all fail and are dismissed.[5]By 19 September 2018 the Claimant shall pay the Respondent £100 towards its costs incurred in defending this claim.
