JUDGMENT
[1]The claimants were not dismissed by Mr Walker, director of the respondent. The claims for unfair dismissal and wrongful dismissal are dismissed.[2]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the wages of the first claimant, Mr D Vaux, in the sum of £255.80 for outstanding wages for 1 to 5 October 2017 inclusive and shall pay to him that sum.[3]The respondent shall pay to the first claimant, Mr D Vaux, the sum of £307, in respect of six days of untaken leave.[4]The respondent shall pay to the first claimant, Mr D Vaux, 4 weeks’ pay of £1,228.00, as a consequence of its failure to provide him with written particulars of employment.[5]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the wages of the second claimant, Ms J Case, in the sum of £255.80 for outstanding wages for 1 to 5 October 2017 inclusive and shall pay to her that sum.[6]The respondent shall pay to the second claimant, Ms J Case the sum of £511.60, in respect of ten days of untaken leave.
